		<description>Good piece on Epernicus, and I agree it was totally not worth joining another social network.  I have joined Quartzy, though (www.quartzy.com).  It&#039;s NOT a pure social network, but actually has free software tools, like reagent organization, that help me with my day-to-day life in my lab.</description>
